Aesthetic Nurse Marta ("we", "us") operates this landing page to let prospective clients request a consultation for injectable aesthetic treatments. Our studio is located at 7777 Weston Road, Unit 102, Woodbridge, Vaughan, ON L4L 0G9.
Information we collect
When you submit the consultation form we collect the information you provide — your name, phone number, optional email, treatment of interest, preferred contact method, and any message. To understand which campaign brought you here and to improve our advertising, we also collect technical and marketing attribution data such as the page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers (e.g. Google's gclid, Meta's fbclid), your approximate country, and IP address.
How we use your information
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your consultation. Attribution data is used to measure and improve our marketing campaigns. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are transmitted to our customer-management and automation provider (our CRM / workflow webhook) so our team can contact you. These processors handle your data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Where you choose to book via Fresha, Fresha's own privacy policy applies.
Cookies & analytics
Non-essential analytics and advertising tags are loaded only with your consent. The consultation form itself functions without marketing consent, on the basis of your explicit request to be contacted.
Your rights (PIPEDA / CASL)
